• Deposit: €500 (Refundable on Request) Deposits cannot be used to pay for goods purchased this will be refunded once you have finished your collection. This Auction is an Online Timed Auction Format and Open to the Public. 
• Buyers Premium: All Lots are plus VAT @23% and subject to 25% Buyer Premium plus VAT @23% on the Buyers Premium. Minimum Buyers premium of € 5 including VAT @23% per Lot. Unless stated otherwise. 
• Auction Lots close in one minute intervals starting from Lot 1 until the end of the auction.
• All Electrical items are sold untested

Payments & Collection Terms & Conditions

• ONLINE PAYTMENT ONLY - Payments CANNOT be made upon collection.
• This Auction is strictly a Collection by Appointment Only Auction.
• Collections are Wednesday 19th March - Thursday 20th March from 10am - 4pm (Last Appointment 3pm). All assets must be removed by Thursday 20th March or € 10 per Lot, per Day will be applied for storage.
• Please bring tools if anything is Wall Hung or needs taking apart. 
• The onus is solely on the purchaser for collection - Please make sure you have the correct loading equipment with you as there is no loading equipment onsite. Purchasers are responsible for loading and Securing of all Purchased Items. No Assistance and/or manpower and/or tools available onsite.
• All assets must be Paid for in Full by Tuesday 18th March by 5pm - No Exceptions or € 10 plus VAT per asset, per day Late Fee’s will be added to your invoice. 
• If sending a courier we require the Courier name & Invoice numbers that the Courier will be collecting prior to arriving onsite.
