• Deposit: € 200 (Refundable on Request). 
• Please note some Lots are subject to 23% VAT (this will say Commercial Plus VAT), this will say Commercial Plus VAT.
• All Lots are subject to 25% Buyer Premium plus 23% VAT. Minimum Buyers Premium is € 7 plus 23% VAT per Lot. Unless stated otherwise. 
• Auction Lots close in one minute intervals starting from Lot 1 until the end of the auction.
• Full Terms and Conditions are available online all purchasers have deemed to have read before bidding
• All Electrical items and Batteries are sold untested Viewing Highly recommended.

Payments & Collection Terms & Conditions

• ONLINE PAYMENT ONLY - Payments CANNOT be made upon collection.
• This Auction is strictly a Collection by Appointment Only Auction.
• Collections to be confirmed. 
• All assets must be Paid for in Full by Tuesday 22nd April by 5pm - No Exceptions or € 10 plus VAT per Push Bike, per day Late Fee’s will be added to your invoice. All bikes must be removed by Friday 25th April by 5pm assets not removed as instructed a storage fee of € 10 per scooter will be added to your Invoice - No exceptions.

Courier Services

All items purchased must be Collected Strictly by Appointment Only.

Delivery To Northern Ireland & Mainland UK will have to be arranged by Customer.

This Collection must be booked 48 Hours in advance. Items must be removed by Friday 25th April by 5pm or € 10 plus VAT per asset, per day Storage Charge will be added to your invoice.
