Deposit & Buyers Premium Terms & Conditions

• Deposit: € 1000 (Refundable on Request). Deposits cannot be used to pay for goods purchased this will be refunded once you have finished your collection. 
• Please note all Lots are subject to 23% VAT, this will say Commercial Plus VAT.
• All Lots are subject to 25% Buyer Premium plus 23% VAT. Minimum Buyers Premium is €10 plus 23% VAT per Lot. Unless stated otherwise. 
• Auction Lots close in one minute intervals starting from Lot 1 until the end of the auction.
• All Electrical items are sold untested
• Please note all the Installed Doors & Windows are in Showroom Condition, viewing is recommended
• Full Terms and Conditions are available online all purchasers have deemed to have read before bidding

Payments & Collection Terms & Conditions

• ONLINE PAYMENT ONLY - Payments CANNOT be made upon collection.
• All assets must be Paid for in Full by Wednesday 19th February by 5pm - No Exceptions or € 100 plus VAT per asset, per day Late Fee’s will be added to your invoice. 
• This Auction is strictly a Collection by Appointment Only Auction, Appointments can only be booked 24 Hours in Advance and once payment has been received in Full.
• Collections: Strictly Thursday 20th February, Friday 21st February, Monday 24th February & Tuesday 25^th February from 10am – 4pm (Excluding Saturday & Sunday) Strictly By Appointment. 
• All assets must be removed by Tuesday 25^th February 4pm or the assets maybe removed and Transported to Wilsons Auctions Dublin at a cost to the buyer and the Deposit will be forfeited. There will be no more dates available for collections after this date. Please do not bid if you cannot collect within these times.
• If sending a courier we require the Courier name & Invoice numbers that the Courier will be collecting prior to arriving onsite again please note if your require items put on Pallets for Couriers the buyer must provide this.

Collections Continued; 

The onus is solely on the purchaser for collections - Please make sure you have the correct loading equipment with you there is no lifting equipment onsite. Purchasers are responsible for the Dismantling, Loading and Securing of all Purchased Items. No Assistance and/or manpower and/or Tools available onsite. Please bring tools if anything is Wall Hung or needs taking apart. 

Important Note if applicable:  

RAMS & Insurance for all Vehicles or Cranes must be provided for the removal of certain assets, this must be approved prior to any collection appointment being made and will be confirmed by email only. This will be identified on the particular Lot.

Please ensure Full PPE must also be worn for the collections, no attendance onsite for anyone not complying with our Health & Safety procedure. No Under 18's onsite for Viewings or Collections.
