We have received instruction from ISS Ireland Ltd (ISS Facility Services) to sell over 130 Lots of Various Office Furniture due to refurbishment of their Citywest Office.

Collection for these are strictly by pre-booked appointment 24 hours in advance.

Deposit & Buyers Premium Terms & Conditions

  • Deposit: € 500 (Refundable on Request). Deposits cannot be used to pay for goods purchased this will be refunded once you have finished your collection.
  • This Auction is an Online Timed Auction Format and Open to the Public. 
  • Buyers Premium: All lots are plus VAT and subject to 20% Buyer Premium plus VAT @23% on the Buyers Premium. Minimum Buyers Premium € 5 plus VAT @23% per Lot unless stated otherwise.
  • Auction Lots close in one minute intervals starting from Lot 1 until the end of the auction.
  • All Electrical items are sold untested

Payments & Collection Terms & Conditions

  • ONLINE PAYMENT ONLY - Payments CANNOT be made upon collection.
  • This Auction is strictly a Collection by Appointment Only Auction.
  • All assets must be Paid for in Full by Thursday 6th February by 5pm - No Exceptions or € 10 plus VAT per asset, per day Late Fee’s will be added to your invoice. 
  • Collections are strictly Thursday 6th and Friday 7th February from 10am - 5pm (Last Appointment 4pm) by pre-booked appointment only. There will be no more dates available for collections after this date. Please do not bid if you cannot collect within these times.
  • The onus is solely on the purchaser for collection - Please make sure you have the correct lifting & loading equipment with you as there is no lifting and loading equipment onsite. Purchasers are responsible for loading and Securing of all Purchased Items. No Assistance and/or manpower and/or tools available onsite.
  • No Under 18's onsite for Viewings or Collections

Important Note if applicable:  

  • RAMS & Insurance for all Vehicles or Cranes must be provided for the removal of certain assets, this must be approved prior to any collection appointment being made and will be confirmed by email only. This will be identified on the particular Lot.
  • Please ensure Full PPE must also be worn for the collections, no attendance onsite for anyone not complying with our Health & Safety procedure.
