• Deposit: € 1000 (Refundable on Request). Deposits cannot be used to pay for goods purchased this will be refunded once you have finished your collection. 
• Buyers Premium: 20%. All Charges are plus 23% VAT. All Lots are plus VAT @23%. (Min 5+ VAT per Lot)

Payments & Collection Terms & Conditions

ONLINE PAYMENT ONLY - Payments CANNOT be made upon collection.

• All assets must be Paid for in Full by Friday 4th April 2025 5pm - No Exceptions or € 10 plus VAT per asset, per day Late Fee’s will be added to your invoice. 
• This Auction is strictly a Collection by Appointment Only Auction. This appointment must be booked 48 hours in advance of collection.  (Excluding Saturday/Sunday) .All assets must be removed by Tuesday 8th April without exception.   
• The onus is solely on the purchaser for collections.
