Deposit & Buyers Premium Terms & Conditions

• Deposit: € 1000 (Refundable on Request). Deposits cannot be used to pay for goods purchased this will be refunded once you have finished your collection. 
• Buyers Premium: 20%. All Charges are plus 23% VAT. All Lots are plus VAT @23%.

Payments & Collection Terms & Conditions

ONLINE PAYMENT ONLY - Payments CANNOT be made upon collection.

• All assets must be Paid for in Full by Friday 4th April 2025 5pm - No Exceptions or € 10 plus VAT per asset, per day Late Fee’s will be added to your invoice. 
• Collections: This Auction is strictly a Collection by Appointment Only Auction. This appointment must be booked 48 hours in advance of collection.  (Excluding Saturday/Sunday) .All assets must be removed by Wednesday 16th April without exception.   
• Collection of Lots 2, 4 & 5 in this auction must be completed by 4pm Wednesday 9th April.  
• Collection of Lots 1 & 3 Must be completed by 4pm Wednesday 16th April. 
• The onus is solely on the purchaser for collections - Please make sure you or your contractor have the correct credentials, experience and equipment to safely remove items from site in a timely manner. No Assistance and/or man power and/or Tools available onsite. Please ensure Full PPE must also be worn for the collections no attendance onsite for anyone not complying with our Health & Safety procedure. No Under 18's onsite for Viewings or Collections.
• Suitable RAMS may be required to be approved before removal of certain lots will be allowed to commence.
