We have received instruction from the liquidator to sell all remaining assets from Mitchell’s of Moygownagh.

Collection for these are strictly by pre-booked appointment 48 hours in advance.

Deposit & Buyers Premium Terms & Conditions

• Deposit: € 500 (Refundable on Request). Deposits cannot be used to pay for goods purchased this will be refunded once you have finished your collection. 
• Buyers Premium: All lots are plus VAT and subject to 25% Buyer Premium plus VAT @23% on the Buyers Premium. Minimum Buyers Premium € 7 plus VAT @23% per Lot unless stated otherwise.
• Auction closes in one minute intervals.
• All Electrical items are sold untested

Payments & Collection Terms & Conditions

• ONLINE PAYMENT ONLY - Payments CANNOT be made upon collection.
• This Auction is strictly a Collection by Appointment Only Auction.
• All assets must be Paid for in Full by Tuesday 21st January by 5pm - No Exceptions or € 10 plus VAT per asset, per day Late Fee’s will be added to your invoice. 
• Collections are strictly Wednesday 22nd January, Thursday 23rd January & Friday 24th January 10am - 5pm (Last Appointment 4pm) by pre-booked appointment only. There will be no more dates available for collections after this date. Please do not bid if you cannot collect within these times.
• The onus is solely on the purchaser for collection -Please make sure you have the correct loading equipment with you as there is no loading equipment onsite. Purchasers are responsible for loading and Securing of all Purchased Items. No Assistance and/or manpower and/or tools available onsite.

• Important Note if applicable:  

  RAMS & Insurance for all Vehicles or Cranes must be provided for the removal of certain assets, this must be approved prior to any collection appointment being made and will be confirmed by email only. This will be identified on the particular Lot.

  Please ensure Full PPE must also be worn for the collections, no attendance onsite for anyone not complying with our Health & Safety procedure. No Under 18's onsite for Viewings or Collections.
