Silver for Wilsons Auctions at Prestigious Property Awards

London’s premier venue, The Grosvenor House Hotel on Park Lane hosted the black-tie event, with agents and from every corner of the UK filling the iconic Great Room for The Negotiator Awards 2024, presentation ceremony and gala dinner on Friday 29th November.
Presented by comedian Ellie Taylor, the winners of 34 categories were awarded with trophies and overall accolades and commendations were handed to 147 agencies and suppliers.
Wilsons Auctions was shortlisted for multiple categories at the prestigious Negotiator Awards including Rising Star of the Year (Lewis Young), Residential Auction Service of the Year and Regional Property Agency of the Year – Northern Ireland.
The auction company was delighted to win the Silver Award for the 2nd year running, recognising the company’s property services.
This award honours the best regional property agency in Northern Ireland. Wilsons Auctions is being recognised for its market-leading position, community involvement, and dedication to providing exceptional service to its clients.
The judges went on to say, “So impressive that they run so many auctions, especially as these have generated £120mn back to the public purse. It's also impressive to operate across all countries in the UK - hard with the different rules/regulations. We also like the emphasis and care to involve non auction buyers - and look after them. Excellent submission.”

The entry was submitted to honour the work and life of our dear colleague Dave Pennick who passed away at the beginning of 2024. He managed the NI division within our Land and Property Auctions and was so passionate about his work. This also recognises the efforts of our NI colleagues who have carried on Dave’s fantastic work.”
