Bentley & bling to go under the hammer with no reserve in Newport!
Luxury cars, watches, property and motorbikes to be sold in monthly government auction at Wilsons Auctions on Wednesday 12th June.
A Bentley car at the centre of an international money laundering investigation by the National Crime Agency, is going under the hammer during the Unreserved Government Auction at Wilsons Auctions Newport on Wednesday 12th June at 7.30pm.
Seized under the Proceeds of Crime Act, the Bentley Mulsanne V8 Auto will be sold with no reserve alongside an array of other luxury assets including watches, motorbikes, designer goods and property located across the UK.
Bidders will have the opportunity to purchase Rolex, Breitling and Cartier watches, Yamaha, Suzuki and Honda motorbikes, a Land Rover Defender and designer shoes from Christian Louboutin, Jimmy Choo, Barker and Giuseppe Zanotti and designer clothing and accessories from Versace, Moncler, Prada and Chanel.
This month, part of the Government Property Auctions, Wilsons Auctions Newport will be auctioning government instructed properties across the UK with a combined guide price of £1,075,000.
A three-storey, four-bedroom semi-detached townhouse in Norwich, with a guide price of £225,000, including off-road parking and garage, is situated in the village of Heathersett. Requiring cosmetic updating, the property has the benefit to buyers of no chain and offers a tranquil setting in the village with accessibility to Norwich City Centre.
A well-presented terrace property in Potters bar, Hertfordshire with a guide price of £345,000 will also be included in the auction along with two properties located in South Wales going under the hammer including a spacious three-bedroom bungalow located in Swansea with a guide price of £150,000 and a mid-terrace three-bedroom property in Aberdare with a guide price of £65,000.
The auction will be available to a worldwide audience through Wilsons Auctions’ online bidding facility, LiveBid and will take place alongside Newport’s already established weekly car auctions.
